Jeni Garrett, Founder, President and CEO
Jeni Garrett is the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of The Woodhouse Spas, Corp., the industry leader in day spa franchising.  Jeni is responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction and for the granting of new franchises across the United States and internationally.

Jeni launched the first Woodhouse Day Spa in 2001 in Victoria, Texas.  She was inspired by consumer demand for spa services and the lack of a consistent spa experience in the industry.  The Woodhouse Day Spa was quickly recognized as “America’s Best Spa Chain” by Day Spa Magazine and listed in Entrepreneur Magazine as one of the “freshest franchising concepts.”  The Woodhouse Day Spa is currently the leading brand in the spa industry and highly sought after for its innovative approach to franchising.  Jeni currently resides in Victoria, Texas with her husband, 2-year old son and 9-month old son.

Clint Freeman, COO and CFO
As COO/CFO, Clint is responsible for implementing the company’s overall strategy.  Spa profitability is his focus and area of expertise. His leadership in the development of each individual franchise plays an important role in the continued growth and success of The Woodhouse Day Spa. Clint holds a CPA license and Master’s of Accountancy Degree.  In 2004 Clint and his family opened the third Woodhouse Day Spa in Corpus Christi, Texas. Prior to joining The Woodhouse, he spent four years working in public accounting providing financial and advisory services for firms such as Deloitte & Touche, LLP.   Clint currently resides in Austin, Texas with his wife and 2 sons.

Beth Ohrt, Director of Support
Beth brings 15 years of management and financial experience to her role as Director of Support. Beth began her Woodhouse career in 2004, heading up the accounting department for the company. In her role she leads the support services for all spas. Her practical knowledge of day-to-day spa operations and background in accounting allow her to provide franchisees with solutions to manage and grow their business.   Beth currently resides in Victoria, Texas with her husband and 2 sons.

Lynda Torrey, D. Ay, MTI, RMT, L. Est., Director of Research and Development
Lynda Torrey brings 34 years of experience to her role as Director of Research and Development for The Woodhouse.  She joined The Woodhouse in 2002 and is responsible for developing the company's proprietary treatments and researching the best natural and certified organic products.  Lynda is a practitioner of Ayurvedic Medicine, graduating from The Open International University for Complementary Medicines, Faculty of Medical Studies at Worcester, Massachusetts. Lynda is also a registered massage therapist, a massage therapy instructor, a licensed esthetician, a certified reflexologist, a certified aromatherapist, and has advanced course work in lymphatic drainage, oriental analysis, and color therapy. 

Georgette Rhoden, Director of Spa Operations
Georgette Rhoden, Director of Spa Operations, joined the company in 2001.  Georgette has a strong background in spa operations and is responsible for developing operational systems and procedures that keep the model solid and relevant for today’s consumer.  Georgette headed up the launch of the point of sale system, which has been vital to the success of The Woodhouse Day Spa. She brings valuable experience to the table, including a nursing degree which contributes to the company's holistic philosophy.  
Dan Fossati, Director of Spa Development
Dan Fossati joined The Woodhouse in  July 2004 as Director of Spa Development. Dan develops opportunities  for new franchises, and directs The Woodhouse Franchise Development  Team, including the Regional Developers.  Dan has managed the  pre-opening obligations of 25 Woodhouse Day Spas.

Sara Newman, Director of Purchasing
Sara Newman serves as the Director of Purchasing for The Woodhouse.  Sara joined the company in 2004 and has her BA in Interior Design from American International University of London.  Sara uses her expertise in design in her role of finding the best products, equipment, furniture and supplies. Sara’s character, reputation and honesty have enabled her to build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Angelica Farias, Director of Communications and Training
Angelica brings a passion for training and 15 years of experience in sales, merchanding and retailing to her role as Director of Training and Communications.  Angelica used her experience from providing on-site training to each Woodhouse Day Spa to develop the franchise training program and spa employee training program. Angelica also headed up the launch of The Woodhouse Village, the online website the franchise family uses for online training, communications, and marketing.  Angelica has been with the company since 2002.
